Any person who shall violate a provision of the International Building Code, International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings, the NFPA 70 National Electrical Code, the International Existing Building Code, the International Fuel Gas Code, the International Mechanical Code or the International Plumbing Code as adopted herein, or any person who shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who shall fail to comply with a directive of the code official or of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of said Codes shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $1,000.00 and court costs.
