A CHARTER ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BELOIT, KANSAS REPEALING CHARTER ORDINANCES 3, 6, 8, 11.

WHEREFORE, the Governing Body of the City of Beloit desires to repeal certain Charter Ordinances which exempt the City from certain statutes. Said statutes have since been repealed by the State of Kansas: K.S.A. 79-1952, K.S.A. 79-5001 to K.S.A. 79-5017, K.S.A. 79-5021 to K.S.A. 79-5034.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BELOIT, KANSAS:

Section 1: Charter Ordinances 3, 6, 8, and 11 of the City of Beloit are hereby repealed.
