(a)   There is hereby incorporated herein by reference the City of Beloit 2020 Zoning Regulations. Not less than three (3) copies of Ordinance No. 2268, to each of which shall be attached a copy of the 2020 Zoning Regulations of the City of Beloit, marked or stamped as “official copy as incorporated by Ordinance No. 2268,” shall be filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours. All departments of the City charged with enforcement of the Zoning Regulations shall be supplied at the cost of the City such number of official copies of such ordinance as may be deemed expedient.

(b)   The 2020 Zoning Regulations of the City of Beloit replaces in its entirety the Zoning Regulations dated July 5, 2016 approved by Ordinance 2188, as amended. The portions of Ordinance 2188 adopting the Zoning Regulations is hereby repealed. The Zoning Map adopted in 2016 remains intact until revised by subsequent ordinance. Said zoning map has subsequently been amended by the ordinances enumerated in the history of this code section.
